How do I reserve a room?

The booking process is very simple. Just go to, select the type of room and fill in your personal information. Finally, you will be asked for a payment of 400€ that you can pay by credit card. This amount will be kept during your stay as a deposit and at the end of the agreement we will reinburse you 200€ if the room is in the same condition as you found it. The other 200€ will be retained as per energy costs. Once this payment has been made, we will give you indications so that you can fill in our extranet, sign the contract online and that's it!

The accommodation team is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have during the booking process, so do not hesitate to contact us at any time.


Do I have to be a student to live in the residence?
Yes, you must be part of the education community to be able to stay with us and you will need to show proof of this when you make your reservation. Remember that if you are a minor, the contract must be signed by your legal guardian.

Can I visit the residence?
Of course! Fill in the form or call us and we will schedule a visit of the residence. We are sure you'll love it.

I would like to share a room with my best friend, would that be possible?
We have double and triple rooms, so if you have any special requests please say so during the reservation process and we will allocate the perfect room for you.

How do I pay the rent?
There are several ways you can pay.You can pay the whole amount for your stay at once and you will get a 3% discount or you can pay by monthly direct debit. If you choose this option we will ask you for a letter of guarantee.

I need to cancel my reservation, how do I do it?
In this case, you have to give one month's notice by sending an email to the  residence and we will contact you with the steps to follow.
Leaving means the loss of your deposit and a penalty of up to 2 months. You will find all the information in the accommodation contract.
We are sad to think that you are leaving us but, to our consolation, you will always be a ‘braver’.


When is reception open?
24/7, so you can go about your life as normal.
We also have security cameras and controls.

What does my room include?
All rooms include utilities (electricity, water and gas), as well as high speed internet and wi-fi. Also included in the price is weekly room cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels. Not to mention access to the study areas, terraces and relaxation areas of our residence.

What board and lodging do I have included?
In our residence you will be able to enjoy DO EAT, one of the healthiest food chains in Spain. We give you variety and flexibility, you choose what type of board you want and how you want to use it. Half board includes 20 breakfasts or snacks + 20 lunches or dinners. Full board includes 20 breakfasts or snacks + 40 lunches or dinners. The dining room will be open all day Monday to Friday and on Saturday for brunch. On Sundays it will be open for dinner.

Do I have internet?
Of course, you have high speed Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Before you arrive

When can I move in?
You can move in on the first day of your contract. Don't worry if you have to start later, we will give you all the instructions to make moving in as easy as possible.

What should I bring from home?
You're sure to bring your best energy with you, and that's already a lot! Bed linen and towels are provided so you only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings, it's that easy... and the desire to study and make new friends!

Do they do hazing in student accommodation?
At Bravo! residence, any kind of hazing or inappropriate behaviour is forbidden, so you will be safe at all times.

If I get sick, what do I do?
Our residence is located a few minutes' walk from the Virgen de las Nieves Hospital, where you will be attended to in case of any emergency. The health centre is also close by. If you would like private consultations, there is a Vithas centre nearby. And of course, our residence staff will be there to help you whenever you need it, so don't hesitate and come and talk to us!

What happens if I lose my room key?
Oh, what a silly goose!The good thing about living in a Bravo! residence is that there is always a solution.f you leave your key inside, we will open the door for you so that you can get it. In case of loss, we can get you a copy for €10, which you will have to pay at reception.

Something is broken in the room, what do I do?
It is inevitable that something will break with use, so it is important that you report any problems or damage to us.
Come to reception or send us an email and our maintenance staff will repair it as soon as possible. If the object has been damaged due to misuse or inappropriate use, you will be liable for the repair costs, which can be paid for at reception.

Can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside.

Can I have visitors?
Your family and friends are always welcome. TVisiting hours are from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. In order to keep a record, visitors must check in at reception on arrival and let us know when they leave.
If you want to invite them to eat and share the Bravo! spirit with them, you can buy their menu and eat in the dining room with them.
The common areas are only available to those staying in our residence, so they will not be able to use the gym or the study areas.

I am away on a trip and will not be in the residence for a few days, do I have to give notice?
In this case, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can be kept up to date.

Can I stick pictures and other items on the walls?
So that you feel at home, it is important that your room has a space for what really matters to you.
That's why you will have a magnetised area above your study desk where you can stick anything you want using magnets. Please do not use glue or tape to stick things to the wall, as this will cause damage and may affect the security deposit if any damage is found when you leave.

Can I receive parcels?
Yes, of course. Just let us know so that we are aware and we will inform you as soon as it arrives so that you can pick it up at reception.

Can I order food from outside?
Yes, but you must be in reception to collect it.
